(Wine Maker and Founder of Rozendal Vinegar) Is Swiss born, a restauranteur with a extensive understanding of the balance between nature’s produce and emotional, physical and mental health. He is driven by the harmony between nature and wellbeing.

Klaas Afrikaaner
(Assistant) Is an integral part of Rozendal Farm and through the many years spent on the farm has gathered valuable knowledge about the land, plants and animals.

Martha Mtshakazana
(Assistant) Is a single mom, determined to give her son a good education, she works side by side with Nathalie in both her vegetable and yoghurt business and now in the growing vinegar business.
